BASIC PACKAGE

Home - Basic Package

Basic Package Includes:

125 photos of your choice.

Up to 2 home video clips.

Custom title sequence designed around your logo.

3D-style picture-in-picture effects.

Smooth, organic transitions.

Music of your choice.

Extras (if needed):

  • Additional photos: $5.00 each (unless noted).

  • Additional videos: $8.00 each (unless noted).

 

Included:

  • Cropping & red-eye removal

  • One round of revisions (you can add, replace photos)

Note: Special requests may require an additional fee.

Basic Montage Instructions:

Inside your main folder, please create numbered folders for each section—THIS IS A MUST.

Here’s a sample layout to follow (but feel free to add or change section names based on what makes sense for your story—there’s no exact rule for how many you need!):

1 – Growing Up

2 – Siblings (feel free to rename this to something more fun or personal)

3 – Family

4 – Extended Family

5 – Activities you love

6 – Friends

7 – Finale ...and so on.

 

👉 Important: Inside each folder, rename your photos in the exact order you want them to appear. For example:

Activities Up 003

 

If you’re including videos, make sure they’re placed in the right section and in the correct order of appearance.

IN YOUR MASTER FOLDER, PLEASE MAKE SURE TO INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

Your Logo

Ask your designer to provide your logo with a transparent background (preferably a .png file) and include the name of the font used in the design. (WE WILL PROVIDE IF WE DESIGNED IT)

 

Your Song List

You’ll need one song per section of your montage. Feel free to choose your own songs—or we are happy to offer suggestions

Once everything’s ready, send the entire folder in one shot via: wldbranding.wetransfer.com

 

IMPORTANT: Do not click anything on the WeTransfer screen—just drag your master folder into the window

  • Be sure to send your photos in a timely manner so we can keep everything on schedule.

Important Timeline Notes

While we handle the creative side of your montage, there are a few moving parts outside of our control. Here’s what you need to know:
 
  • Your DJ will likely request the final, approved montage at least one week before your event.
  • To ensure this, we aim to have your review ready 14 days prior to your event—giving you time to make any changes and avoid last-minute stress.
